Tearing down Westinghouse. I bought this TV about five and a half months ago and it stopped working entirely. Now I'm stuck dealing with thier warranty process. I'm receiving vague emails asking for photos,but since the TV is off,there isn't anything to show! Their customer service is just typical corporate procedure – sending generic replies in hopes I'll give up.
The frustrating part? I even bought their insurance policy hoping to prevent this situation, only to learn it doesn't cover any issues under warranty. Complete waste of money. Future buyers should be cautious advised when choosing a manufacturer – Westinghouse isn't the best choice.
