Vanilla Pink Pepper Eau de Parfum: Tested Versus Trending: Who Wins?
Vanilla Pink Pepper Eau de Parfum: Tested Versus Trending: Who Wins? We recently added PHLUR Vanilla Skin Eau de Parfum to our rotation, drawn to its bold yet balanced blend of vanilla, pink pepper, cashmere wood, and sandalwood. The 50mL spray delivers a sophisticated vanilla- pepper opening, followed by a warm, woody base that lingers. The addition of pink pepper adds a playful spark, making it surprisingly versatile for both day and evening wear. We appreciate the full-size format, though the subtle feminism behind the name (PHLUR, meaning "philein to love") felt more of a marketing choice than a sensory one. The longevity is decent, but we’ve noticed it fades slightly faster than we’d hoped. Overall, it’s a pleasant, well-crafted fragrance—just not a standout in a crowded vanilla market.
